June 2020 | Independence Day Prep & Updates

We continue to provide you with updates on our business continuity plan (BCP) as it relates to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and more.

July 4th is Independence Day, a federal US holiday. FluShields and our carriers will observe the holiday on Friday, July 3.
Wednesday, July 1 is Canada Day, and only our fulfillment center in Ottawa, Canada will not be fulfilling orders while they observe this holiday.

We continue to see carrier delays (from pickup to scan) due to peak season volumes and staffing challenges caused by more spikes in COVID-19 cases.

As many states, counties, and towns reopen, we will follow the local guidance for each of our fulfillment centers. We will be doing everything we can to protect our team members and be at the forefront of managing this pandemic.

We're still seeing sluggish fulfillment and shipping times at FluShields and industry-wide. Our support teams are not gathering in our offices in order to prevent infection and spread and therefore are active, yet limited in scope, remotely in private shelter. Our customer service team is working hard to keep up with increased customer questions.

Visit our FAQs and blog for faster service and answers. Our average email response time has decreased down from 5 days to about 48 hours. Our live chat and phone services are still

May 2020 | Trade Wars Fuel Even Longer Delays

We're still seeing long fulfillment and shipping times at FluShields and industry-wide. Our support team is working hard to keep up with increased customer questions. Visit our FAQs and blog for faster service and answers. Our average email response time has increased to about five days, we're currently not on live chat 24/7, and we're not available on the phone.

We're working tirelessly to safely increase our capacity. We're gearing up to invest in new and more readily available products at our partner fulfillment facilities in Europe and North America. We're also hiring and training more teammates in email communications and customer support.

April 2020 | Stabilising & Preparing for the Future

We're making good progress with our new partner facility in Charlotte, NC, Latvia, and Barcelona. Our Spanish team is already fulfilling orders at a test capacity. We're starting out with posters and some DTG shirts, and we plan to add new cotton face masks, neck gaiters, mugs, phone cases, and embroidery. We're starting out slow, but once we scale up we'll be able to balance European orders between two locations.

Our fulfillment times are improving for some categories, especially for products in Europe. Fulfillment times for Neck Gaiters are still higher than we'd like, but we are proud that we've been able to significantly increase our daily printing output. This and our Reusable Tactical N95 Face Mask with Breathing Valves is one of our most popular products right now, so we're doing everything we can to get them out faster.

Even with these positive changes, it'll take time for us to catch up on order and support volume, and we're working hard to do that. Thank you for your patience while we're dealing with these challenges, and thanks for sticking with us. This isn't easy, but we're confident in both our and your ability to adapt.

March 2020 | Be Prepared for Delays

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

We're closely communicating with our production partners to make sure they can supply us with adequate stock levels from their distributed network of wholesalers. We're also glad to report that we're seeing a surge in orders, which means that customers are ready to better protect themselves. Consumers are generally more patient during this time, as even Amazon has expressed that it's experiencing delays of up to 1 month.

Estimates are current as of May 15, 2020.

February 2020 | Providing Protection For The General Public

Along with the safety of our employees, our priority is to continue servicing our customers. We think that it's especially important during these times to support our team and customers to work from home however we can.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality. We'll continue to share information on this page, so check back often.

Good news: You can actually protect yourself from viruses by wearing an FFP3 or N95 respiratory mask: Get your N95 respirator masks for the whole family today.
